Anchor for Women is a Christ-centered, online group supporting mental wellness for women. Under the guidance of trained peer facilitators, group members meet in a small group setting that emphasizes safety and respect while exploring biblical truths about hope in the midst of suffering. This is a place to find strength, support, and spiritual growth among peers. In this group, we share openly about life's challenges in a judgment-free zone.
